Of course he stops performing when I pull out the camera! He was laughing so hard, it was very cute. He gave me his first little giggle at about 8 weeks and has been doing it ever since. I hope you can see this it is kinda dark on my screen.

Snow Day

Well I am just a little slow at this post, but on Wednesday it snowed about 8 inches and school was cancelled. Nate spent most of the morning in the bedroom studying and promised Brynlee that after her nap they could go outside and play in the snow. Well Nate finished up and they went out and Brynlee was just thrilled. She took her sand bucket and shovels so they could build a castle. It wasn't very good snowman snow. I decided to bundle up Gracen and go out to take a quick picture.

It is kinda funny to look back at our first snow experience in Iowa, it had snowed maybe an inch or two and the following morning, across the bottom of the tv screen there were all these schools that delayed their start time. Nate and I thought what is wrong with these crazy Iowans. We used to get so much more snow at home in Utah and school was hardly ever cancelled or delayed, I remember waking up in the morning after a big storm hoping school would be cancelled, but it rarely happened. We've learned that winter here is a little different than in Utah, seems to be icier. Definately colder!

Just a few random pictures I thought were cute...

This is Gracen in his PJ's. On the bum it has one of those flaps with a picture of a skunk that says little stinker. I thought it was cute.

Who would have thought that she is still falling asleep at the dinner table. I was in the kitchen doing the dishes and looked over to see her completely zonked out.

Brynlee is always asking to hold Gracen, I finally decided to give her a chance and now she won't stop asking to hold him.

The verdict is in...

We are going to Sandusky, Ohio!! Our first choice. We were a little worried about it but we are just thrilled that we get to go there. I am excited because our good friends Mark, Heather and Kimberli Schwendiman live there. We'll be heading out during spring break in March to find a place to live. In June we will be packing up, once again, and heading farher east.
