I know I have posted a lot of park pictures lately, but I couldn't help posting these! Brynlee hasn't always been friends with the slide, last year she wouldn't go on one unless it was short. We went to Osborne park yesterday. This playground is really big and really high, I would say it goes about 12-16 feet (just a guess ?) off the ground when you climb up to the taller end. There are about 4 slides on that end that are all different. Brynlee was being brave and went straight for the twisty slide!
It made every hair stand on end!
She tried out all the other slides, and then she got REALLY brave and went for the fast slide! I had to go down first to show her it was okay, then I waited at the bottom for her. She didn't seem to like it, but she had to show Leanne the slide. Leanne took these pics of her, and they perfectly show that hint of fear that Brynlee has of slides.
I can't get enough of this picture! Poor girl, she looks terrified!
Hey, that wasn't actually so bad! At least she's smiling at the end! What a brave girl she is for conquering her fears!

Oh that picture made my day!! and that first picture, she really looks so grown up. Well, for a 4 yr old (she's 4 right? or will be soon)
We need a get together sometime soon!! how does nate's rotations look? Marc's next one is physc. so it should be pretty laid back. SHOULD!!!
